Make your daily cleaning activities safe and trackable

Automatic cleaning has several benefits, in particular, validating the cleaning process to avoid human mistakes and save on manpower and the cost of consumables.

Our machines are designed for a wide range of products, such as hoppers, drums, pipes, needles, dosing syringes, filter housings, etc. For non-sterile production areas, our washers typically process format parts that need to be cleaned and dried after each production batch. We have designed machines for components installed on blister lines, tableting machines, sachet lines, compacting machines and bottling lines. In terms of sterile production plants, our machines are mainly used for the dosing components of vial-filling lines, pre-filled syringe dosing systems, volumetric dosing systems, etc.

Each machine comes with a dedicated washing basket. The operator can disassemble the pieces to be washed directly on the production line and store them in the basket. Each piece to be washed has a designate place in the basket, removing all chance of making a mistake. Once the basket is full, it is then introduced into the washing chamber and connected to the main manifold. The operator selects the washing recipe that was pre-validated for that batch in the HMI. The machine is fitted with a series of instruments that control the temperature, detergent, flow rate and conductivity, in order to ensure the washing cycle can be validated. At the end of each cycle, the machine is always fully drained and dried. A copy of all the batch parameters can be printed or stored in PDF format.

Our machine consists of three main components that can be installed together, as a single unit, or remotely, if space is limited. The main body consists of a watertight stainless-steel chamber in which the objects are washed. The second element of the washer is a Clean-in-Place (CIP) skid that contains the water buffer tank, the washing pump, the detergent dosing system, the heat exchanger and all the components required to control each parameter during the wash cycle, such as a flow rate, temperature, conductivity, etc. The last element is an air handling unit (AHU) that takes care of the final drying and cooling phase. All the piping installed on the washing machine is assembled using an automatic orbital welding machine.

All our washing machines can be fully customized at the customers request. The first step is to define the chamber size, based on the maximum load required and the physical space available. Our team will draw all the pieces to be washed in 3D so as to simulate the fully loaded basket and enable our fluid dynamics software to verify that every single piece will be duly washed.
